Online capabilities, takes less time especially on the
phone - don't get put on hold. I can track delivery time, POD
etc, without having to call and find out. Accountability as well
as Ludwik is our eyes and ears if something goes wrong [bad
address, company closed, traffic problems that might affect
delivery time etc], good couriers hired.
Better communication between myself and delivery courier.
Invoicing set up the way we like it. Better choice of courier
companies [don't have all our eggs in one basket - less chance
of bottlenecks during busy delivery times]. We choose from a
