Question: How is
First Dispatch Logistics different from my present same day
courier company?
Answer: Unlike
your present same day courier you have internet access to a
network of hundreds of drivers employed by many courier
companies. You can order a sameday pickup and delivery
with standard service levels such as Emergency, 2 Hour, 4 Hour
and Same Day. Our web interface is the best in the world
in terms of ease of use and reliability. We promise that
you will never hear a busy phone signal when you use our system.
We will dispatch your delivery to the very best delivery partner
that we have available. We know who is busy, who will get
the delivery done in the best time possible. After
ordering the run you will have instant, real time access to the
run status.
Question: How
do I know that you have received my order?
Answer: We have processed over 1
million same day runs through our system over the last 10 years
and we haven't lost one yet. If you are still
worried, you click on the Track & Trace Tab and see the status
of the run in real time. When the system contacts
(dispatches) the run to a delivery partner you are notified on
the screen. When the run is picked up and delivered the
status changes again. You can also receive emails
(if you prefer) when these events take place. You will
also see the name of the person who signed for the delivery.
